Mentorship Process & Programme Structure

Application & Screening

Prospective mentees apply by completing a form and submitting a short video pitch. All applications are screened for alignment with the program’s goals.

Note: Graduates of FEAMH receive priority consideration during the selection process.

Mentor Matching

Accepted mentees are carefully matched with mentors based on shared interests, career goals, and areas of expertise to ensure a meaningful one-on-one mentorship experience.

Goal Setting & Project Assignment

Each mentee works with their mentor to set personalized career or business goals. Real-world projects are then assigned to drive practical learning and measurable growth.

Mentorship Journey

The program follows a structured, three-stage format designed to guide mentees through awareness, skill development, and strategic execution — all tailored to their journey.

Final Evaluation & Growth Plan

At the end of the mentorship, mentees receive feedback, a personalized development roadmap, and potential referrals or sponsorship opportunities to propel their next steps.

Mentor Eligibility Criteria

Ability to serve as a positive role model and friend
Ability to take the lead in supporting mentee through an ongoing, one on one approach
Ability to build the relationship by planning and participating in activities together
Ability to set goals and work towards accomplishing them with time commitment
Be encouraging, patient, flexible, supportive and professional
Willingness to participate in a mentor support group
Be willing to adhere to all programme policies and procedures

Mentee Eligibility Criteria

Ability to keep appointments with your mentor
Ability to commit to self-development
Willingness to allow your mentor to review your plan and make recommendations regarding goals and objectives
Ability to attend mentee training programs
Ability to commit to continuous growth and development
