Welcome to Felix Erondu Academy & Mentorship Hub (“F.E.A.M.H”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website, creating an account, previewing courses, or purchasing any content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users, including guests, registered students, and paid learners.

You agree to use the F.E.A.M.H website and its services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Share paid content with unauthorized users
  • Submit false information during registration or payments
  • Use the platform to spam, harass, or engage in any form of misconduct

To access certain features (e.g., full course content), you must register for an account. You agree to:

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

4. COURSE ACCESS & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Free Previews: Guests and unpaid users may preview select course content.
  • Paid Access: Full access to course material is granted only after manual confirmation of payment.
  • Payment Method: Currently, payment is accepted via bank transfer. Access is granted once we verify and approve the transaction.
  • Non-Refundable: All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You may not resell, share, or redistribute any course material without our written permission.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Logos, course content, including -videos, assessments, on the F.E.A.M.H platform is the intellectual property of F.E.A.M.H or its licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content for commercial use
  • Use our branding without prior written consent
  • Modify or create derivative works based on our materials

Violation may result in legal action or account termination.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F.E.A.M.H shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the platform
  • Errors, delays, or interruptions in access
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data
  • Software or data being damaged by any virus, software, or any other file that might be transmitted or activated via F.E.A.M.H website or your access to it.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly if:

  • You violate these Terms of Use
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
  • Required payments are not made or verified
